FAQ

How is Payment handled?
- Currently, payments are handled through PayPal. I'll send you an invoice after the initial sketch is confirmed to be to your liking, you pay it, and I'll complete the piece. Easy peasy.I am looking into Stripe and other payment processors as well. I just don't have them set up at this time.How long is turn around time?
- Roughly a week to two weeks for chibis, depending on my personal health. I will always communicate delays if they come up. If the piece needs to be completed by a certain date, please let me know early on.Can I use my commission for my stream?
- If you aren't a commercial streamer, by all means, as long as I am properly credited for my art. If you are a streamer who will make money using my art, though, I will adjust my prices to reflect commercial use. (:Can I use my commission for icons or banners?
- As long as I'm credited, you can use commissioned work (or noncommissioned work) for icons, banners, headers, what have you. I only ask that you don't use my OC's as faceclaims, or edit the coloring of my art in any way (filters and shifting tones are fine. Recoloring a character's skin or hair color is not.).Can I pay you in exposure?
- Lolno, get out.What all do I get in a commission exactly?
- You get the finished piece of digital art. In specific cases, i.e., chibis or headshots, you will also get a transparent version. There will be both watermarked and non-watermarked versions, delivered to you via an access link to its specific folder in my cloud storage, where you will be able to access it for free for a few months.Don't worry, it doesn't cost anything to access. It's simple a failsafe in case my computer ever bricks so I don't lose my work.Can I commission real people?
- If you get their consent to do so, yes.Can I use your art to feed AI or create AI prompts?
- Absolutely not. I do not give consent for my work to be used in AI in any form. Please respect this boundary.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

- All Art commissioned from me is for Non-Commercial Use unless otherwise specified and negotiated. If you use my art to make money without that specification, you are violating our agreement & I am within my right to pursue legal consequences.- You are not allowed to pass off my artwork as your own creation. Use of my art requires my being credited as the person who created it. No exceptions.- This does include AI use. I do not consent to my art being used in AI in any form.- If I do not complete the commission in the time slated and do not communicate delays, you are within your rights for a refund. If I do communicate delays and it's an unacceptable condition for you, you are again, within rights for a refund (and forfeit your commission). If you get the commission back from me and then issue a chargeback, you are FORBIDDEN from ever accessing any future products of mine ever again.- You are not allowed to repost my art without credit to me.- You are not allowed to use my art to create merchandise.- By paying the invoice for commissions, you agree to these terms and conditions unless otherwise renegotiated (and proper written citations are provided to prove such renegotiation.) and are liable to legal action for any breech of this contract.

EXAMPLES

All cheebs start at $25 USD, with add-ons (outside of simple props like teacups, flowers, etc) raising the price slightly. Additional cheebs are +$12 USD per additional cheeb. Please note details will be simplified.
